Info-

For Tracie Harris Thompson, to see is to be inspired. The diverse scope of subject and style in her body of work belies the myriad observations she’s made on her journeys as a flight attendant.

While a Visual Arts major at Florida State University, Tracie focused on drawing, painting, and printmaking. Vividly realistic with a whimsical twist, her works carry with them the influences Tracie has gathered from around the world.

Tracie’s work has been retailed through Saks Fifth Avenue-Folio Magazine. They have also been featured or displayed in Southern Living magazine, multiple Jacksonville Symphony Showhouse projects, galleries, restaurants, and published through Wild Apple Graphics.

A Jacksonville native, Tracie now enjoys painting from her home studio there, where she works on commissions and private pieces of art. She specializes in watercolor on paper, acrylics on canvas, decorative arts (acrylic on furniture), and large-scale murals.
